Julien Lacomblez is an experienced business and marketing consultant with a specialization in marketing strategy. For 10+ years, he’s worked in different industries in his native Île de France region helping mid-size companies develop their marketing strategy and activity internationally. Julien moved to the Chicago area back in 2016 where he started a human-sized marketing agency, Ze Cactus; the primary focus of the agency is strategic planning and content creation, helping brands launch on new markets or new products, with a focus on digital campaigns. The agency grew to offer a 360° marketing offer, and Julien helped European companies willing to enter the North-American market, with a strong network and industry specialization in clean beauty.

In 2022, as part of a rebranding effort of the marketing agency, Julien co-founded the 414 Agency and Collective Hub in the Milwaukee area.
414 is a digital marketing firm that helps businesses achieve their growth goals through powerful growth hacking strategies and precise execution.
