Claire Schmidt is a French native attorney who has expertise in the French and California legal systems. She received her legal education in France, with a specialization in business, corporate and tax law. Prior to moving to Southern California in 2000, Claire briefly worked in France and Germany.  

 

Claire has over 15 years of experience helping international and domestic clients navigating the US legal environment, especially those doing business or looking to do business in the US.  She is involved in all aspects of the business law from business formation, corporate governance, to negotiation and preparation of a variety of business contracts and commercial agreements. Her practice mainly focuses on commercial real estate transactions including leasing, disposition and acquisition of real estate assets.
