IMPACT INNOVATOR AND CONSULTANT
Isabelle Bart is the founder of Impact Innovator, where she empowers individuals of all backgrounds to build innovative, purpose-driven enterprises that tackle some of the world’s most pressing challenges. Isabelle has supported countless impact-driven startups and nonprofit leaders through her work with the Small Business Development Center (a program of the SBA), as an Entrepreneur in Residence at the University of California, and as a mentor and advisor with Braid Theory, LARTA Institute, and National Science Foundation I-Corps program, where she also serves as a lead regional instructor in innovation and commercialization.
Previously, Isabelle served as Director of the SBDC at UC Irvine’s Beall Applied Innovation, leading strategic consulting programs for early-stage ventures. She also served as Managing Director for RevHubOC, supporting ventures focused on solving social and environmental problems.
Her global experience includes working with climate resiliency and sustainability accelerators across Europe and the Middle East. She has served as a startup mentor for Carbon13, INCO, Ignyte (UAE), and as a pitch judge for Cleantech Open USA and Cleantech Open France. Isabelle is also a mentor for SelectUSA’s Global Women in Tech program.
A member of Catalyst 2030, a global network advancing the U.N. Sustainable Development Goals, Isabelle was honored with the Tech Coast Venture Network ROCKY™ Founders Choice Award™ in 2024
A graduate of ESSEC Business School, she is a member of Elles Collective, the French American Chamber of Commerce (Los Angeles, San Francisco, and San Diego), and Orange County Accueil. During her free time, you can find Isabelle surfing, paddle boarding, biking or practicing yoga on the beach.
