With over a decade of experience in hospitality, Sacha has built a career shaped by excellence across a wide spectrum of environments, from intimate bistros to Michelin-starred establishments led by renowned chefs. His expertise extends to luxury resorts and boutique five-star hotels, with hands-on experience across operations, guest services, and nightlife.
His international journey spans France, England, the Netherlands, Peru, the Dominican Republic, Monaco, and the United States, giving him a truly global perspective on service and hospitality management.
He holds an MBA in Hospitality Management across Europe and the U.S. Today, he is the owner and operator of a French restaurant in Huntington Beach, California, and is developing an innovative luxury catering concept that reimagines caviar service through a refined and contemporary experience.
